If your BannerStand was damaged in the shipping:
If your product was damaged in the shipping simply reject the package and there is no cost to you to send it back to us and there is no cost to you for us to ship you a new one or refund the entire amount. If you opened the box and you see the product was damaged click on contact us and notify us within 24 hours after it was delivered and we will replace it at no cost to you or give you full refund. We will have the carrier pick the package for you.
