I had a problem
at checkout. How do I know you received my order?
You'll receive e-mail confirmation immediately after your order has been
placed. If you don't receive e-mail confirmation within one hour, please
contact BannerDisplayStands.com customer service by phone at 800.654.1984
Shipping
How long will it
take to ship my order?
For an estimated delivery date, take a look at our UPS transit map below
- this shows approximate shipping times from Dallas in business days.
You'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Notice from UPS via e-mail when
your item ships. This notice will provide your UPS tracking number and
an approximate delivery date.
We make all effort
to ship orders received before 3:00 PM EST the same day; however, please
allow 24-72 hours for shipping. If it's urgent please let us know by calling
us at 800.654.1984 or putting a comment on the "Customer Comments"
section of the payment page on your order. This comment will appear on
your invoice and we will be able to expedite your shipment. If you are
in a hurry but do not put the date by which you need to receive it, then
we are not responsible for delays in shipping. For very urgent orders,
we recommend express shipping, which is available for an extra charge.
All orders are processed in the order they are received and subject to
availability of products in stock. If a color or a product is over sold,
we will call you and give you an option to choose different a color or
a higher-end product at no extra charge to you. (Certain terms and conditions
may apply to this offer). All orders received on Friday after 3:00 PM
EST will be shipped on Monday.

Can I have an item
sent to another address?
Yes, you'll have the option of selecting an alternate shipping address
during the ordering process. However, it is our policy to call you and
verify that the order is genuine. In some cases we might need you to fax
us a copy of your driver's license and sign a copy of your invoice.
