30-Day Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

All products sold by BannerDisplayStands.com carry a full manufacturer's warranty. BannerDisplayStands.com warrantys any products that are sold on this site; Product warranty obligations are limited to those set forth in the printed literature included with the Products. BannerDisplayStands.com DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
This warranty is extended to replacement parts and necessary labor of covered products for defects in material or workmanship only. This warranty does NOT extend to the transportation or shipping cost to repair or replace either product or parts.

Manufacturers warranty does not extend to those items identified as standard "wear and tear" items (i.e. belts, tires, or batteries). Warranty also does not extend to plastic parts including color coordinated housings.

BannerDisplayStands.com warranty does not extend to consumer abuse, neglect, and ignorance.

Replacement Parts Policy:

Once the warranty claim is established, customers are required to return the defective part. Once the defective part is received by BannerDisplayStands.com, we will send a replacement of same part. If you need BannerDisplayStands.com to send advance replacement parts before we receive the damaged merchandise, BannerDisplayStands.com will bill you for the merchandise according to your payment terms and then credit your account when the damaged merchandise is received by BannerDisplayStands.com.

The parts and labor warranty covers:

Replacement parts EXCEPT plastic parts; wear-and-tear items. Labor for the removal and replacement of or part(s) that occurs at our service center. Labor charges at any other repair facility are not covered under the warranty.
This warranty is effective only if the product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose and the product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments. We reserve the right to determine what damage is due to defective materials and what is due to product abuse or misuse. We shall not be responsible for any losses to the customer as a result of the failure of any part, including incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, loss of profits, or loss of income. There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. This warranty extends only to the original customer and is non-transferable.

 

Payment, Cancellation, and Orders:

PayPal, Credit cards, Money Orders, and Bank Checks are the only form of payment that will be accepted for product orders on this Internet Site. All orders received from BannerDisplayStands.com are subject to acceptance according to BannerDisplayStands.com's sole and absolute discretion. Once accepted, BannerDisplayStands.com will attempt to fill our customer's order, subject to available inventory. BannerDisplayStands.com will not be liable for delay in failure to ship products. Customers who cancel or change orders after an order has been processed will be charged a service fee from $25.00 and up subject to cost from cancellation.

Reservations & Exceptions:

BannerDisplayStands.com reserves the rights to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties for products on this Internet Site (BannerDisplayStands.com) at any time without prior notice. BannerDisplayStands.com endeavors to post accurate information, but mistakes can sometimes be made, and any errors in product specifications, descriptions, and pricing are subject to correction by BannerDisplayStands.com. BannerDisplayStands.com reserves sole discretion over the acceptance of orders, and may reject any order that is not consistent with the requirements of these terms & conditions or BannerDisplayStands.com merchandising policies.

Governing Law:

This Internet Site is controlled, operated and administered by BannerDisplayStands.com from its offices in the state of Ohio, USA. This agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of laws. Customer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal or state courts of the state of Ohio for any disputes, claims or causes of action involving this Internet Site or this agreement. Customer agrees to abide the laws of the United States and any applicable state laws. No representations are made that this Internet Site or its materials, products or contents are appropriate or available for use outside the United States.

REFUND POLICY

All of our product pass a rigorous 16 point inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. BannerDisplayStands.com cannot accept responsibility for merchandise arriving in damaged condition. Merchandise can be damaged in transit even if no outward damage of the carton is evident. Upon receipt of your order, if any damage, concealed or apparent, is discovered, Notify the Freight Line and BannerDisplayStands.com immediately; we will help you to notify the carrier. The carrier will return and inspect the damaged goods at their expense. DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKING MATERIAL OR CARTONS IF DAMAGE IS FOUND, BannerDisplayStands.com WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE IF THE CARRIER CANNOT INSPECT THE ORIGINAL PACKING CARTONS. Once the claim is established and the merchandise is returned, we will send a replacement of same product. If you need BannerDisplayStands.com to send advance replacement merchandise before we receive the damaged merchandise from the carrier, BannerDisplayStands.com will bill you for the merchandise according to your payment terms and then credit your account when the damaged merchandise is received by BannerDisplayStands.com.

 

Customer is responsible for returning product in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Product is not eligible for a refund if it has been worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Product must arrive complete and in the original packaging.

Customer must initiate return shipment of the product within 15 days of the delivery date.

Preparing your product for return shipment:

  • Re-pack the product securely in its original packaging, include the original contents of the box; warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.
  • Include a copy of your invoice.
  • Include a brief note explaining the reason you are requesting a refund.
  • Clearly print your RMA# on the return shipping label (on the outside of the box).
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • For your protection we recommend all returns be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or other courier that issues a tracking number. We recommend that the shipment is insured. The customer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.
  • Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

At the discretion of BannerDisplayStands.com: Returns which do not follow the above guidelines may be refused and require the customer to pay return shipping and handling fees, or an additional processing fee may apply. Items returned without an RMA# will be refused by our receiving department and shipped back to you.

How will I receive my refund?

Once a product has been accepted for refund, credit will be applied to the account through which payment was originally made within 3 – 6 weeks of the products receipt. Customer will receive via the mail a credit invoice detailing the amount of the refund and any deductions.

The amount of the refund is affected by the following store policies;

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
The shipping and handling cost of an order is non-refundable.
A 30% restocking fee is charged on all returns.
